Actors: Mark Hammil, Harrison Ford, Carrie Fisher, Alec Guinness
Rating: 10 out of 10, and the first was always the best - great story, action, characters. Amazing movie given the state of special effects at the time. This movie has everything and the young cast was at the top of their game – Hammill is so good in this as was Fisher – hard to believe this was the pinnacle of their careers. Guinness is perfect as the elder Obi Wan and adroitly handles the explanation of the force – a difficult concept.
MVP: Hammill as the young Luke Skywalker totally sells the part
