Actors: Tom Cruise, Dakota Fanning, Tim Robbins, Justin Chatwin, Miranda Otto
Rating: 7 out of 10, amazing special effects and story but dislikable characters almost have you rooting for aliens. Truly astounding effects are the star of this movie as Cruise again forgets to become likable, seemingly out of breath the entire movie once again. The character of the son wants me to reach into the screen and shake – even if he is a Red Sox fan. Otto is unfortunately underused.
