Actors: Steven Seagal, Tommy Lee Jones, Gary Busey, Erika Eleniak
Rating: 8 out of 10, adequate action with interesting if implausible plot. Jones chews up a lot of scenery as the bad guy and the hostility between military and CIA is pretty much right on. Seagal owns this role but tries to look too intense at times. Busey looks like he had a lot of fun making this movie, able to let his not so inner crazy manifest itself.
MVP: Seagal in his best role as uber SEAL Casey Ryback
