Rating: 10 out of 10, sweet movie that really tugs at heart strings. I just loved this movie the first time I saw it and nothing has diminished it in the multiple times I’ve watched it since. The central message of the love between Ellie and the old man is a great theme and the kid and dog are so funny. LOVE THIS MOVIE.
MVP: Doug the dog with his predilection for squirrels reminds me of my own golden retriever that died shortly before this movie came out
