Actors: Bradley Cooper, Abbie Cornish, Robert Deniro, Andrew Howard, Anna Friel, Tomas Arana
Rating: 7 out of 10, great concept, well executed with an interesting plot and talented cast. A look at what we would do if we really could tap into all our capacities. Deniro was kind of weak as a supposedly menacing corporate giant which is surprising since he usually does menacing so well. Cooper is the star trying to cope with success suddenly thrust on him with a growing cost becoming evident. This is one of his first chances to show he can carry a movie as the lead actor and he acquits himself well - playing to his strength of being likable. Cornish is extremely strong - I've liked everything she's done. Howard as a Russian mobster gets the tone of barely submerged rage perfect. The one thing I did not like was how they handled the dwindling supply of smart pills, just when you think he's run out without the ability to make more, another batch shows up - completely unexplained. This may seem a small point but it was one of the driving plot lines and its just left out there for speculation. All this being said this is still a very interesting movie with a lot to offer.MVP: Cooper as Eddie Mora, coping with unbelievable ability for the first time
