Actors; Leonardo DiCaprio, Ellen Page, Joseph Gordon Leavitt, Tom Harvey, Ken Watanabe, Cillian Murphy, Marion Cotillard, Tom Berenger
Rating: 8 out of 10, a very intelligent movie from the mind of Christopher Nolan. I've liked everything this guy has ever done. One of the best things about his movies are that they make you pay attention and give you credit for some modicum of intelligence. I've heard people complain that this movie is too complicated and confusing. If you pay attention it really isn't. It's a fascinating look into the world of dreams and some of the morality involved with invading personal privacy. DiCaprio is a little over the top as the ruthless lead but the rest of the cast is absolutely phenomenal. Page strikes just the right tone as the outsider brought into the group for an important role. Gordon Leavitt, as the supportive brother who is the real strength of the team is also fantastic. He's starting to get bigger roles and it is certainly deserved. Cotillaird plays a truly evil villain sympathetically. For me, the break out star of this movie was Tom Hardy. I'd seen him in a couple of other movies but in this one he steals every scene he's in and that is with the extremely talented cast here. Most people went to see this movie because of the special effects which are truly awe inspiring. The real value of this movie is the story and keeping up with everything that is happening. If you can keep up with the story the last 20 minutes of the movie are a fantastic thrill ride.
MVP: Hardy as Eames, the action hero of the inception team
