Rating: 7 out of 10, okay but Richards as a nuclear physicist - c’mon!!! Boy it’s a good thing she’s hot because she is totally out of her depth surrounded by good actors. Some really good action scenes and the neck breaker was scary while simple. Marceau was very good – wish she would do more in movies.
MVP: Carlyle is superbly evil as the unfeeling uber villain
