Actors:  Tommy Lee Jones, Robert Downey Junior, Joe Pantaliano, Kate Nelligan, Wesley Snipes

Rating: 9 out of 10, excellent crime drama with great chases and escapes.  Jones is so much fun to watch and he totally owns this role.  Downey as always is interesting as a villain.  Snipes is great in his role as the misunderstood fugitive. Very intelligent script that keeps you involved right up to the last moment.

MVP:  Jones as the relentless and cool Deputy Sam Gerard
