The Vikings

Actors:  Kirk Douglas, Tony Curtis, Janet Leigh, Ernest Borgnine

Rating: 8 out of 10, one of my favorite movies as a boy, stands well test of time.  Douglas is such a physical presence even though he was never a big guy.  Great use of exterior shots of the fiords of Norway and I loved the comradery of Borgnine and Douglas.  Curtis should just stay out of historical fare – just looks so out of place.  Leigh is a vision, you can see where Jamie Lee got her looks.
