Actors:  Warwick Davis, Val Kilmer, Joanne Whalley, Jean Marsh

Rating: 8 out of 10, well done fantasy with cute story and awesome music.  Suffers from the focus on the little people while the story is really about the humans, in trying to be too fair - loses some impact.  Incredible special effects for the time and Kilmer has real heat with Whalley.  Marsh is the perfect evil queen.
