License to Kill

Actors:  Timothy Dalton, Carrie Lowell, Robert Davi, Talisa Soto, David Heddison

Rating: 8 out of 10, exciting plot and very attractive cast, a different look than other Bonds – seems almost TV in quality of film.  Davi is a good actor but doesn’t seem sinister enough and there are a couple of plot lines that make no sense whatsoever. 

MVP: Lowell has it all and can act, white hot Pam Bouvier
