Dragonslayer

Actors:  Peter MacNicol, Caitlan Clarke, Ralph Richardson

Rating:  7 out of 10, groundbreaking special effects for the time and a great story told straightforward without trying to set a historical context.  I think this was Richardson’s last film and if so he did himself proud.  Interesting to also see a very young Macnicol.  Small movie that ends up using some great natural scenery to make itself bigger. 

MVP: Richardson is perfect as the aged sorcerer Ulric
