Actors: Russell Crowe, Richard Harris, Joaquin Phoenix, Connie Nielson, Djimon Hansou, Oliver Reed
Rating: 10 out of 10, great everything, acting, effects, story. This is one of those rare movies that actually transports you into a different epoch. The story is told with heart and the actors are great at every turn. There is not a bad scene in this movie and Crowe is just at the very top of his game carrying this movie despite an awesome cast.
MVP: Crowe totally convincing in the title role of Maximus
