Rating: 8 out of 10, well acted with the added benefit of my participation! I am actually in this movie, don’t blink or you’ll miss me. I was in the Old Guard when they were shooting this movie and I was in a couple of scenes, including a close up. Catch me at the 34 minute mark, tightening a casket on the horse drawn hearse. I can’t honestly review a movie I was in but this really does a good job of capturing the angst that surrounded the Viet Nam War. Fascinating to see the scenes and people I worked with every day while in The Old Guard.
MVP: Jones as CSM Goody Nelson, steals every scene
