Donovan’s Reef

Actors:  John Wayne, Lee Marvin, Dorothy Lamour, Caesar Romero, Jack Warden

Rating:  8 out of 10, the Duke and John Ford collaboration, nuff said.  Wayne being Wayne makes this movie.  The interplay between he and Marvin is an absolute delight to watch and some really big stars play bit parts which lifts the whole movie.  One of my very favorite Duke movies.
