Rating:  9 out of 10, great epic movie with the best performances of Sharif and Christie’s careers, fabulous cast with sweeping story.  Without trying to explain the movie shows the immense size of Russia and relevance of the historical events of the Russian Revolution as seen through some of the bit players caught up in the events.  Christie was so beautiful.

MVP: Julie Christie as the luminous Lara, impossibly beautiful
