The Scorpion King

Actors:  The Rock, Kelly Hu, Steven Brand, Michael Clark Duncan

Rating: 7 out of 10, wanted it to be so much more but enjoyable popcorn type stuff anyways.  Whatever the original premise, which I assumed was the Mummy franchise, this evolved into a Rock vehicle which is fine as far as it goes – that being not too far.  Brand doesn’t make a capable enough villain and Duncan is lost as an Arab.

MVP:  Hu as the very hot sorceress is one of the few actors in the movie
