Rating: 3 out of 10, sad shadow of former solid series, Murphy at his egomaniacal worst. Characters you don’t care about and just total self interest on Murphy’s part – take a pass on this. None of the charm of earlier films.
MVP: Elizondo as LA cop - solid but best of poor lot
