Rating: 7 out of 10, great action with plot that really moves along. Again, before Murphy took himself so seriously he could carry a movie like this on his innate wit and charm. The Pinchot part is a classic but has aged a bit since gay lifestyle is now more mainstream.
MVP: Judge Reinhold as Billy Rosewood, the clueless but earnest BH cop
