Actors: Al Pacino, Robert Loggia, Mary Elizabeth Mastranonio, Steven Bauer, Michelle Pfeiffer
Rating: 7 out of 10, violent melodrama with great cast but Pacino overacting to the max. Usually he knows when to pull back but he just overdoes it here repeatedly trying to out Latino everybody else. He is just not convincing in this role – one of his most famous. They would have done better getting real Latino actors for the major roles.
MVP: Bauer as the faithful but ill fated side kick Manolo
