The Davinci Code

Actors:  Tom Hanks, Jean Reno, Paul Bettany, Alfred Molina, Audrey Tautou, Ian McKellen

Rating:  5 out of 10, as a movie, it was a great book, a rare Hanks miss.  I think the director tries to be too faithful to the book and in doing so holds up the pace of the movie so that you end up not caring that much about the characters.  Hanks’ hair is too weird and Bettany is great as a psycho.

MVP: McKellen as the evil, but charming Teabing, chews up scenery
